Project Supply & Volume Purchasing Program

One source for the whole material list. We review the plans, run the takeoff, price the project in volume, procure through our supply channels, and deliver to the schedule. The price book below is the reference we quote from.

Sec 01Program · how it works

How our program works

Five steps and one point of contact. Each step is a real stage in how we handle a project, not a promise of instant numbers.

  1. Project takeoff

We review the plans, specifications and scope, then build the material takeoff: every category the project needs, counted from the drawings.

    Plans · specs · scope
  2. Consolidated project pricing

One project-specific quotation across material categories, built on volume purchasing instead of line-by-line counter prices.

    One quote · every category
  3. Customer approval & deposit

You review the quotation. On approval, a deposit is placed per the project's terms and the order moves into procurement.

    Deposit per the project's terms
  4. Volume procurement

After approval and deposit we source and purchase through established supply channels and volume relationships.

    Established supply channels
  5. Delivery & project coordination

Deliveries are consolidated and coordinated to the project schedule, with one point of contact from the takeoff to the last load.

    Coordinated to the schedule

Sec 02Why National Lumber

One source. One list. One contact.

Our objective is simple: make material purchasing easier, more efficient, and more predictable for construction projects of every size.

Instead of chasing a dozen suppliers for a dozen categories, you send one list (or the plans) and deal with one team that takes it from takeoff to delivery.

  • One source for multiple material categories
  • Professional project takeoffs
  • Consolidated project pricing
  • Volume purchasing
  • Reduced purchasing time
  • Coordinated material deliveries
  • Project-specific procurement
  • A single point of contact for material supply

Sec 04Project-based pricing

References for planning · confirmed at quote

The price book is where we start, not where we stop. A project quotation looks at the whole list, the quantities, the schedule and the site before a number is final.

Project-based pricing. Prices in the price book are references for planning and estimating. Final pricing can vary with project size, quantities, availability, delivery requirements, market conditions and procurement timing. For large projects, request a project-specific quotation.

Availability and pricing are subject to confirmation at quote. Sales tax and delivery are confirmed with the quote.

One project. One material source.

Send the plans. We take it from takeoff to delivery.
